TDLAS Methane sensor application 1650-1653nm laser (SN-LT-01)
1. Description:
l 1650.9nm or 1653.7nm typical emission wavelength
l Data rate operation from DC to 2.5Gbps
l Compliant with ROSH
The laser diodes cover customer selection of wavelengths from 1649nm to 1654nm which are fabricated in a hermetically sealed 8-pin TO56 package. The laser diodes contains thermoelectric cooler (TEC), thermistor, monitor photodiode, double optical isolator to secure high quality laser performance. The double optical isolator can effectively prevent laser oscillation caused by return light of strong light reflecting surface.
The Laser Diodes Wavelength:1653.7±0.5nm or 1650.9±0.5nm,Output power ≥5mW at 65mA, Collimating lens output.
